Yesterday and Today

Yesterday 8/5/11

I am actually not sure of my total intake. I have been drinking a lot of coffee with cream (whole or 2%) and a few pumps of vanilla syrup. Those have been throwing me off a bit. But I think I landed in the 1,800 mark.

I also did a beginning running program.. :)

"Week 1: Run one minute, walk 90 seconds (repeat 8 times), cool down afterwards for 5 minutes.
   Do this three times a week."
I should have waited to start this until next week because now the "week one" will bleed into what should be week 2. :/ Oh well. Could just call that a practice day. :P Or call this week one with just two running days since I couldn't do anything today because I overdid it friday. :( Very sore legs!

How do I abandon this blog so often?

So I am back from a 9 day trip to California (first time being there). Wow... everyone there is HOT. Its not even fair. I felt pale, soft, and fat the entire time. But it also gave me a reason to start trying NOW so that by the time summer comes around again... I will be HOT as well. :D

   So I am going to really try hard to stop bingeing. I saw this article about this girl (age 19) who died from bingeing and purging. Very tragic. The article claimed that her stomach was stretched so far that it went from the bottom of her rib cage to her pubic area. DAMN. That's terrifying. I don't purge... I just binge. I don't even exercise afterwards. I just beat myself up mentally for it the next day... So today I am doing better. I am still going to include yesterday as part of my diet even though I binged because I think its stupid to keep "starting over". Its self-defeating and makes me depressed.

The day before yesterday I did fine until my boyfriend and I went to this amazing eccentric coffee shop. I ended up having a generous sized slice of Lemon Poppyseed cake. :(

Yesterday I did my cardio(35 minutes) and was at a happy 1,440 calories... then I went out with friends and had a small slice of blueberry cheesecake (200) chips and cheese (300) 6oz of beer (100) :(

FAIL.

Today! :)

I'm at about 875 so far (8pm :D) . I am going to have a turkey burger (150) with a bun (100) tomato(20) lettuce (5) mustard(0) miracle whip(15) dill pickles (0) 1/2 baked sweet potato(80) 1 tablespoon butter (50)

OY! Another break in posting. :(

Okay! So I have been running pretty consistently so far..

Thursday- 40 minutes running (even jogged 1.5 miles non-stop :D) and relaxed in jacuzzi, oh yeah!
Friday-40 minutes
Saturday- 30 minutes on the treadmill and 13 minutes on the "EFX" or Elliptical trainer
and yesterday (sunday) I ran 33 minutes outside (hills included)

I am currently trying to figure out if I should take a break after five days straight of cardio... or during that five days?

I want to workout today cause I feel like I'm being lazy, but maybe I should give it a rest...

Yesterday went semi-okay.

Had about 1,680 calories, but I was on my bike for about three hours. So I probably burned at least 400 calories. :)

I have lost sight of what I want though by falling to temptation to carbs. I will post a picture to remind myself what I'm trying to do and what I want more. :)


Hells yeah! This girl is my COMPLETE inspiration at the moment. She went from 200lbs to 111!! Not by starving. Not by KILLING HERSELF AT THE GYM but by cutting out sugar, processed carbs, fat, and unnecessary calories in drinks and toppings (salt, fatty dressings for salad, croutons, etc.)

Although I don't know if replacing sugar (even cane sugar-which your body will process much easier than chemicals like contained in Splenda) with chemicals is better... I guess its not too bad of an approach. I mean look at her. Holy shit.

Treat your body well and it will love you back. :)

Mini binge. :(

So today went so so. It was avery high stress day since I had to work by myself for 4 hours. That was awesome.

Breakfast- toast-90 sugar free jam-30 grapefruit-45 yogurt-90

And the grand total is.... 1,520! So lol I guess its not all that horrific. BUT STILL. I need to like control myself. Jeez.

Not too bad today. I guess.

I had 1,635 today :S I don't know if that's really all that great but it's been worse I guess. I haven't done my exercise for tonight yet either. Its getting late so I will probably just do a video, or maybe I will get the guts to go to the gym for once. IF I go to the gym.. I will treat myself to sauna or steam room and the hot tub... makes it so much more tempting. :)

We'll see lol. Buses do not run very late so I don't know yet.

So I failed yesterday. Naturally. Okay that's negative thinking, and negative thinking usually just gets me depressed. It sucks I ended up eating like 5 handfulls of his popcorn and probably half his bag of candy. Oink. :(

I even brought my own snacks. I just don't understand. I think it was just nerves from all the pop-out horror action of the movie. well, I'll just handle it differently next time!

Today. I had a mini-binge on rice cakes and peanut butter. BUT I stopped myself. Now I'm at 650 calories at 1:25pm. Not too bad. Could be worse. :)

Starting to get back to normal intake...

Yesterday started out pretty well until 3/4 box of crackers later (120 calories per serving, which is a mere SIX crackers and there's 10 servings per box... ) Lol I'm scared to know what my total was.

Tons of food which equaled 1,705. Minus 150 from 40 minutes of running -150
Grand total! 1,555


Not too terrible. About to go to the movies now. :) So I think I will go and invest in some sugar-free candy to keep mah mouth busy lol, and avoid my boyfriends candy I'm going to buy him.

Starting to have a little doubt..

I feel like I'm not doing enough. I know I have fallen off the bandwagon a little with cardio. :( It's merely because my sinus/allergy thing has now made me lose my voice. I don't know if being active will help/hurt that. I will do a little cardio tonight though. :) At least 30 minutes.

So far today, I've had about 1,400 calories. I'm okay with this because it's a pretty good caloric range I think. Long as I don't fuck it up when I see my boy tonight. I can't eat anything else after this tonight....

I am gonna go ride bike for like a half hour with my boyfriend :) I am getting sick though I'm afraid.

230 calorie french toast? Hells yeah.

Doing good so far. God I wish I had a car (lol that rhymed). I haven't showered yet but I want to workout yet the gym is a 20 minute bus ride away in the cold, I could pack all my stuff (gym clothes, outfit for today, shampoo, makeup etc) with me but then Id have to take it all back home. Ugh. I need a car!
 SO. I think I will just stop making excuses and go running outside, that way I can't get out of exercising. 40 minute run here I come!

It's been awhile, although Im sure no one has even read my blog...

Hello again! I totally sucked it up on posting daily. *sigh*

 Well, I'll start once again I s'pose!

1,325 so far today, and that's all I am going to have today. :) I am going to my boyfriends tonight and will do fourty minutes of cardio, because tomorrow we are going to a beach house!! It's going to be raining, which does suck, but there will be lots of alcohol consumption and its just going to be freakin' amazing. Besides the caloric weight of the alcohol I will indulge in pizza tomorrow, and yes because I want to. I know, burn me in Dieters Hell for planning on being bad for one meal. But I am gonna look into doing the Sonoma diet so, fuck me for being bad right? I will be going through a very tough first week if I do the sonoma diet, which gets rid of all processed foods, most carbs, and all sugars. These are all things I am highly addicted to, especially the latter two items. :(

BUT. I will NOT go over 1,700 tomorrow. I can promise you that. Yeah, Ill put that into writing! :D
