So yesterday I ate sugar. Oh how I ate sugar. I will post exactly what I ate yesterday to remind myself not to do it again.
Two chicken strips (fried)
5 "jo jos" or fried potato wedges
1 tblspoon ranch
1 tblspoon fry sauce
1 cup caramel popcorn ("crunch n' munch)
snack size ritz crackers
20 oz. white tea with peach juice
12 oz. nonfat latte w/ Splenda
12 oz pepsi
regular size Arby's roast beef sandwich
small curly fries with ranch
1 mozzarella cheese stick.
That was yesterday though.
Today!

6oz coffee w/ steamed nonfat (40)
1/2 apple (50)
1 cup light clam chowder (100)
1/2 cup edamame (120)
1/2 apple (50)
11/2 cup whole wheat spaghetti (300)
1/2 cup tomato sauce (70)
veggies (50)
2 oz cheese (160)
