I had about 1,500 yesterday but because I ran too far and got hurt (very very sore legs) so I didn't run yesterday or do any form of cardio for that matter. :( But we all have bad days.

I am gonna go ride bike for like a half hour with my boyfriend :) I am getting sick though I'm afraid.
I hope not, that would throw off my plan!
